MINDA INDUSTRIES LTD.-has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 04/02/2021 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29(1)(a) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 [''the said Regulations''], we are pleased to inform that the Board Meeting of Minda Industries Ltd. will be held on Thursday, 04 February, 2021, inter-alia to consider and approve the following matters: -<BR> 1) the Un-Audited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended on 31 December, 2020 and;<BR> 2) the Un-Audited Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended on 31 December, 2020.<BR> <BR> The 'Trading Window' for dealing in the Securities of the Company shall remain closed for all Directors/ Officers/ designated persons of the Company till 48 hours after the results are made public on 04 February, 2021.<BR>
