It is informed that the ''Trading Window' for dealing in the Securities of the Company shall remain closed for all Directors/ Officers/ designated persons of the Company from 1st October, 2021 till 48 hours, after the un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended on 30 September, 2021 are made available to the Public. <BR> The date of the Board Meeting inter-alia to consider, approve and to declare the aforesaid period financial results will be intimated separately in due course. <BR>
