With reference to the captioned subject matter, we would like to inform that the outstanding long term borrowings excluding external commercial borrowings and incorporate borrowings of the Company, Minda Industries Ltd. as at 31 March, 2022 was less than Rs. 100 Crores. Therefore, the Company, Minda Industries Ltd.is not identified as 'Large Corporate' as at 31 March, 2022, pursuant to the SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/DDHS/CIR/P/2018/144 dated 26 November, 2018.
