We would like to inform that the disclosure of grant price of ESOPs disclosed on May 17, 2024, was inadverently captured and we would like to intimate that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee has granted 95,000 ESOPs on May 17, 2024, under Mindteck Employees Stock Option Scheme 2008 to the eligible employees at Rs. 328.00/- per option being the closing price of the previous day (May 16, 2024) of the NSE.
