MindTree Ltd has informed BSE that, pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular dated, May 11, 2015, the Company has formulated and updated the 'Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading in Mindtree Securities and 'Code of Fair Practices & Disclosure.
