The Nomination & Remuneration Committee (NRC) of the Company at its meeting held today has granted 15,316 (Fifteen Thousand Three Hundred and Sixteen) stock options to its identified employees under the Mindtree Employees Stock Option Plan 2021 (ESOP 2021).
