MINDTREE LTD. - Board recommends Final Dividend

MindTree Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 16, 2015, inter alia, have recommended a final dividend of 100% (Rs. 10 per equity share of par value Rs. 10 each) for the year ended March 31, 2015. Accordingly, the cumulative dividend declared by the Board of Directors for the year ended March 31, 2015 aggregating to 170% (Rs. 17 per equity share of par value Rs. 10 each).
