MindTree Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 16, 2014, inter alia, to consider the audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2014 and to consider declaration of third interim dividend if any and recommendation of final dividend, if any.
