Mirza International Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company was held on March 03, 2015 to consider merger of Genesisfootwear Enterprises Pvt. Ltd; with the Company.<BR><BR>The merger was discussed in detail in the meeting of Board of Directors. However, the discussion could not be concluded. Hence, the Meeting had to be adjourned for March 11, 2015.
