This is to inform you pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today considered and approved the Unaudited Financial Results for the First Quarter ended June 30, 2017 alongwith the Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditors thereon. A copy of the aforesaid financial results along with the Limited Review Report are attached.
