Mkventures Capital Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 30/05/2024 ,inter alia, to consider and approve We wish to inform you that, pursuant to Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 as amended ('Listing Regulations') the meeting of the Board of Directors of MKVentures Capital Limited ('the Company') is scheduled to be held on Thursday, 30th May, 2024, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for the fourth quarter and financial year ended on 31st March, 2024 along with the Audit Report for the corresponding period and recommend Dividend, if any.
