With reference to the earlier announcement dated January 22, 2014, regarding Q3 results on February 07, 2014, MMTC Ltd has now informed BSE that the earlier scheduled Meeting of Board of Directors on February 07, 2014 has been postponed to be held on February 14, 2014 to consider and take on record the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended on December 31, 2013 (Q3).
