Pursuant to provisions of Regulation 30 (6) of SEBI (Listing & Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015, it is hereby informed that Shri Umesh Sharma, Director (Finance) of the Company ceased to be on the Board of the Company w.e.f. 31.05.2020 (afternoon), pursuant to attaining the age of superannuation as per the Office Order No. A-12022/5/2016-E IV dated 20/05/2020 issued by Ministry of Commerce & Industry , Department of Commerce , Udyog Bhawan, New Delhi.<BR> <BR> After superannuation of Shri Umesh Sharma, Shri Kapil Kumar Gupta, has assumed the charge of Director (Finance) of MMTC Limited w.e.f. 01.06.2020(morning), as per the Office Order No. A-12022/9/2020-E IV dated 03/03/2020 issued by Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Department of Commerce, Udyog Bhawan, New Delhi.<BR>
