MMTC Ltd has informed BSE that Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on January 30, 2017, has approved the appointment of Shri Rajnish Goenka, as a Part-Time Non-Official Director on the Board of MMTC Limited for a period of 3 years from the date of issue of order by the Department of Commerce, Ministry of Commerce & Industry Govt of India i.e. w.e.f. January 27, 2017.
