The Exchange had sought clarification from MMTC Ltd with respect to news article appearing on CNBC TV18 on April 8, 2015 titled "MMTC receives orders from Coal India. Total order size 1500 crs"<BR> <BR>MMTC Ltd replied stating "The necessary compliance under clause 36 of LA has been made before the Press Release and interview by the CMD of the company."
