In terms of the Company code of conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report of Trading by designated persons framed Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 Trading window for dealing in Securities of the Company shall remain closed for all Designated persons and their immediate relatives with effect from August 15, 2024 till 48hrs after submission of outcome of the Rights issue Committee Meeting scheduled to be held on August 20, 2024 to the stock exchange.
