Pudumjee Investment Company Private Limited('Promoters/ Acquirers')<BR> Further to the above announcement, we state that Offer Letter along with Bid Form and Securities Transfer Form from Promoters/ Acquirers isdispatched to all public shareholders on April 16, 2021, whose names appeared in the Register of Members as on the specified date - April09, 2021.
