Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 this is to inform you that based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today approved the appointment of Mr. Murlidhar Narayan Nikam as CEO of the Company.
