Pursuant to Regulation 30 and 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('Listing Regulations'), we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on today i.e. Wednesday, 14 August 2024 have considered and approved to followings: a. Un-audited Standalone Financial Results along with the limited review report thereon for the quarter ended 30 June 2024. a. Based on the recommendation of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee, approved the appointment of Mrs. Kusum Chauhan (Membership No. A21284) as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company, under Section 203 of Companies Act, 2013, Regulation 6 of the SEBI Listing Regulations and Regulation 9(3) of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, w.e.f date of her joining.
