The Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held on August 14, 2024, based on the recommendation of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee has approved the appointment of Mrs. Kusum Chauhan (ACS: 21284), member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India, as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. date of her joining.
