This is with reference to email received from exchange on 09.05.2024 regarding clarification on price movement. The company has disclosed all events, information as per Regulation 30. The company has not withheld any information or events which, in our opinion, would have an impact the price bahaviour in the scrip of the Company. Therefore, the movement in Company''s share price is purely due to market conditions and apparently market driven on which the company neither has any control nor has any knowledge of reasons.
