This is with respect to email received from exchange on 13.05.2024 regarding clarification on price movement. The company has disclosed all events, information as per Regulation 30. The company has not withheld any information or events which, in our opinion would have an impact on the price behaviour in the scrip of the Company. Therefore, the movement in Company''s share price is purely due to market conditions and apparently market driven on which the company neither has any control nor has any knowledge of reasons.
