MOLD-TEK TECHNOLOGIES LTD. - Outcome of Board Meeting

Mold-Tek Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 19, 2015, has allotted 6,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each pursuant to conversion of 6,00,000 fully convertible warrants issued on February 26, 2014, on receipt of balance 75% of purchase price.<BR><BR>Consequent to the said allotment, the paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 5,30,90,560/- divided into 53,09,056 Equity Shares of face value Rs. 10/- each.
