Dear Sir/Madam, We wish to inform that in compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading), Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time and in accordance with the Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Designated Persons, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company will be closed from 01st July, 2022 for all the Designated Persons and their immediate relative(s) till 48 hours after the declaration of Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended on 30th June, 2022.
