Monind Ltd - Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to the Securities Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading ) Regulations, 2015 we would like to inform you that the trading window for dealing in the shares of the Company shall remain closed from April 1, 2024 till 48 hours after declaration of the Audited Financials results of the Company for the Quarter/ year ended March 31 2024. The date of meeting of the Board of directors to consider and approve the audited financial results for the Quarter/ year ending March 31, 2024 shall be intimated in due course.
