Monsanto India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 02, 2015, inter alia, to consider the following matters:<BR><BR>1. To take on record the Unaudited Financial Results for the second quarter ended September 30, 2015 (Q2).<BR><BR>2. To consider and declare the payment of an interim dividend, if any.<BR><BR>In this connection, as per the Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company has been closed for all Directors/Officer/Designated Employees of the Company.
