MORARKA FINANCE LTD. - Closure of Trading Window

In pursuance to the Company''s Code of Conduct on Insider Trading and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the Company''s securities would be closed for all designated persons and their relatives from Monday, July 01, 2024 until 48 hours from the date of declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2024. The date of Board Meeting shall be intimated in due course.
