Pursuant to the Regulation 39(3) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended, please find attached herewith letter dated 24th May 2023, received from Registrar and Share Transfer Agent of the company (viz., MAS Services Limited), regarding loss of share certificate of the company. In terms of SEBI Circular No. SEBI / HO / MIRSD / MIRSD_RTAMB / P / CIR /2022/8 dated 25th January 2022, the company shall issue 'Letter of Confirmation' to the concerned shareholder after compliance of requisite formalities.
