This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company, in their meeting held on Friday, 12th February, 2021 (commenced at 12.15 P.M. and concluded at 2.00 P.M.), have, inter-alia, considered and approved the Un-audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine-months ended 31st December, 2020.<BR> <BR> Pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended, a copy of the 'Results' along-with Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditors of the Company, are enclosed herewith.<BR>
