Morganite Crucible India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 30, 2016, inter alia, has recommend dividend of Rs. 4/- per share subject to approval of members in ensuing annual general meeting.<BR><BR>- The Annual General Meeting of the Company is proposed to be scheduled on August 10, 2016 at 11.00 am at the registered office of the Company.
