MORGANITE CRUCIBLE (INDIA) LTD. - Closure of Trading Window

In terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time and "Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading" of the Company, the trading window shall remain closed for Directors and other Designated Employees of the Company from January 1, 2021 until 48 hours after end of Board of Directors Meeting for the purpose of approval of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the third quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2020.
