Morganite Crucible India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company through Circular Resolution dated March 28, 2015 has appointed Ms. Maithilee Tambolkar as Additional Director (Independent) of the Company to hold office upto ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.<BR><BR>Further Mr. Stuart Cox has tendered the resignation from directorship of the Company due to pre-occupation in other assignments with effect from April 30, 2015.
