MOTHERSON SUMI SYSTEMS LTD. - Closure of Trading Window

Motherson Sumi Systems Limited ("Company") inform that in view of the forthcoming Board meeting of the Company scheduled on November 10, 2017, the trading window shall remain closed for dealing in shares of the Company from November 3, 2017 to November 12, 2017 (i.e. till 48 hours after the conclusion of the Board Meeting), both day inclusive. This closure is applicable to all the specified person in terms of the provision of SEBI (Prevention of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading adopted by the Board of Director of the Company.
