Mphasis Ltd has informed BSE that the shareholders of the Company, at the 24th Annual General Meeting held on September 09, 2015, have approved a final dividend of Rs. 16.00 per share for the year ended March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>The Dividend Warrants/Electronic Credit advice in respect of this dividend shall be dispatched/sent before October 08, 2015.
