ESOP Compensation Comm of the Board of Mphasis Limited approved allotment of shares vide its resolutions dated 13 March 2025, against exercise of 99002 ESOPs under ESOP 2016 Plan and 113 RSUs under RSU 2021 Plan, respectively.
