Mphasis Ltd has informed BSE that the shareholders of the Company, at the 23rd Annual General Meeting held on July 30, 2014, have approved a final dividend of Rs. 7.00 per share for the five months financial period ended March 31, 2014.<br/><br/>The Dividend Warrants in respect of this dividend shall be dispatched before August 29, 2014.
