With reference to the news item appearing in the news channel regarding "Tech Mahindra eyes 60.49% stake in HP's Mphasis". In this regard, Mphasis Ltd has Clarified to BSE that the Company is unaware of any information in connection with the news published and hence cannot comment on the matter.
