MPS Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has fixed November 06, 2015 as the Record Date for the purpose of Payment of Second Interim Dividend.<BR><BR>The said Interim Dividend shall be paid to the shareholders of the Company, as on the Record Date of November 06, 2015, within a period of 30 days from the date of declaration.
