Appointment of Ms. Ruvina Singh (DIN:10352020) and Mr. Karthik Bhat Khandige (DIN: 06730563) as Additional Directors designated as Independent Non-Executive Directors of the Company, to hold office for a term of 2(Two) consecutive years with effect from 30 July 2024 to 29 July 2026 (both days inclusive), subject to the approval of shareholders of the Company.
