MRC Exim Ltd - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Joint Venture

This is to inform that MRC EXIM LIMITED has signed an engagement letter to form a Joint venture entity and to inter into a Joint Venture Agreement with Quanto Agroworld Private Limited for the purpose of entering into Agricultural Field for cultivation of Lemon grass in various states of India. This letter is to be treated as an Intimation only. Detailed Annexure shall be provided once the Agreement is signed. This is for your records.
