MRF Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 30, 2014, inter alia, to consider, declaration of Second Interim Dividend for the year ended September 30, 2014.<br/><br/>Further, in terms of Company's code of conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, the "Trading Window" for dealing in securities of the Company has been closed from October 15, 2014 to October 31, 2014 (both days Inclusive).
