MRF Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 23, 2015, to approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2015 (Q2).<BR><BR>Further the Company has informed that, in terms of Companys code of conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company has been closed from April 08, 2015 to April 24, 2015 (both days inclusive).
