MRF LTD. - Board declares Second Interim Dividend

MRF Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 29, 2015, inter alia, have declared a second Interim Dividend of Rs. 3/- per equity share (30%) on the paid up capital of the Company for the period ending March 31, 2016.
