Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 (as amended) and in terms of the Company''s Policy for 'Prohibition of Insider Trading', we wish to inform that the Trading Window for dealing in the shares of the Company shall remain closed for Promoters, Directors, Key Managerial Persons and designated persons and their immediate relatives from Saturday, October 1, 2022 till end of 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results by the Company for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2022. The date of Board Meeting of the Company for consideration and declaration of the unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2022 will be intimated in due course.
