MSP STEEL & POWER LTD. - Approval of the CDR Scheme

MSP Steel & Power Ltd has informed BSE that the proposal of the Company for restructuring its debt has been approved by the Corporate Debt Restructuring Cell and the same is communicated vide provisional approval letter dated March, 23, 2015. Further the Company is in process of executing Master Restructuring Agreement (MRA) with the CDR Lenders lead by the State Bank of India.
