The Company wishes to inform the Exchange that trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain Closed for all Directors, Promoters, designated person and specified connected person from 1st October, 2024 till expiry of 48 hours after the Unaudited financial results , both on Standalone & consolidated basis for 2nd Quarter ended on 30th September, 2024.
