MSR India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 28, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the following:<BR><BR>1. Annual Financial Results for the 4th quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>In this connection, the trading window shall remain closed for all the Directors / Officers / Designated employees / Promoters of the Company from day of May 20, 2015 till day of May 30, 2015 (both days inclusive).
