In terms of the provisions of the Regulation 30(3) (read with Part A of Schedule Ill) of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that the Board of Directors at its meeting held today, i.e.18th September, 2021 has -<BR> <BR> 1. considered and accepted the request of Shri Rajesh V. Shah for his retirement as Co-Chairman & Managing Director of the Company with effect from 1st October, 2021; and <BR> <BR> 2. considered and accepted the request of Shri Suketu V. Shah for his retirement as Joint Managing Director of the Company with effect from 1st October, 2021.<BR>
