Mukand Ltd has informed BSE that as per the 'Code of Conduct To Regulate, Monitor And Report Trading By Insiders' laid down by the Company pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015; the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company was closed for the Directors & Designated Employees of the Company w.e.f. January 01, 2017 till the date of Board Meeting i.e. February 13, 2017 (both days inclusive) held for consideration and approval of the un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2016.
