MUKAT PIPES LTD. - Closure of Trading Window

Further to our earlier intimation given on 29th June, 2024 and as per the SEBI (Prevention of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (as amended), the trading window shall remain closed for Directors and Designated Persons from the end of the Quarter till Thursday 15th August, 2024 i.e. till the completion of 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results at the Board Meeting and shall re-open from Friday 16th August, 2024.
